The Career Intelligence Layer for Talent

Where talent gets its W.

India produces over a million graduates a year — and fewer than half are considered employable. Winnify builds the bridge from awareness to readiness to opportunity, starting with the skill employers rank first: communication.

<46% of Tier 2/3 graduates are employable 83% of 2025 engineering grads had no offers at graduation 91% of employers say English matters more than ever 87% of HRs say AI raises the demand for English NEP 2030 makes skill-readiness a national mandate <46% of Tier 2/3 graduates are employable 83% of 2025 engineering grads had no offers at graduation 91% of employers say English matters more than ever 87% of HRs say AI raises the demand for English NEP 2030 makes skill-readiness a national mandate
The readiness gap

The degree gets printed. The career doesn't start.

Every year, campuses hand out credentials to students who have never once rehearsed the conversation that decides everything — the interview, the pitch, the presentation. Fewer than 46% of Tier 2/3 graduates are considered employable, and 83% of 2025 engineering graduates had no offers at the time of graduation.

Meanwhile the bar keeps rising. 87% of HR leaders say AI is increasing the demand for strong English — not replacing it. And with fewer than 30% of colleges running any entrepreneurship ecosystem, students have nowhere to practice being heard.

Winnify starts with communication — the single highest-leverage skill — and builds outward to the full career intelligence layer NEP 2030 demands.

About Us

Why we exist.

At Winnify, we started with a simple question: Why do students spend years preparing for exams and jobs, but almost never practice the conversations that can change their lives? An interview. A presentation. A group discussion. A pitch. We believe communication isn't a gift reserved for a few. It's a skill that anyone can build. All it takes is practice, the right feedback, and the confidence to try again.

Communication is where we begin, but it's only the first chapter. Our vision is to build the Career Intelligence Platform for the AI era, helping students become confident communicators, creative thinkers, and future-ready professionals. As we expand our Career Intelligence Unit (CIU), we're embracing a human-in-the-loop AI approach, combining the power of AI with the experience of industry experts, educators, and research-backed frameworks. We don't see AI replacing teachers or mentors. We see it making them even more impactful.

Behind Winnify is a curious bunch of educators, entrepreneurs, technologists, and lifelong learners, including alumni of Duke University, the University of Texas, IIM, BITS Pilani, and IIT. We're building technology that students will actually enjoy using, while giving teachers and faculty practical AI tools to spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time doing what they love: helping students grow.

Built by people who've done it

A founding team with skin in the game.

Educators, operators and builders — backed by strategic advisors across education and industry, and content verified by subject-matter experts.

WinSpeak — live now

One challenge a week. Six dimensions of truth.

WinSpeak is the AI communication coach inside every student's pocket. A weekly speaking challenge, calibrated to their grade, scored by AI, and turned into a report their placement office can actually act on.

01 — The Weekly Challenge

A ritual, not a feature.

Every week, one AI-scored speaking prompt lands for every student — a single, linear record → submit → report flow with no place to hide. AI avatars Mr. Arjun and Mrs. Priya set the prompt; the WinSpeak Cue framework calibrates it to the student's grade.

  • One prompt per week, grade-calibrated via WinSpeak Cue
  • Streak-at-risk nudges across push, in-app and email

About Us

Last updated: 05 December 2025

Who We Are

Winnify is a student communication platform built to make campus life connected, organized, and safe. We bring students, teachers, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and institution administrators into one trusted space where messages, announcements, and important updates flow reliably — without the noise, clutter, and fragmentation of consumer messaging apps.

Winnify is operated by WINNIFY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (referred to in our policies as "Winnify," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Flat No. 1601, A-Block, Fortune Sonthalia Sky Villa, Kokapet, Rajendra Nagar, K.V. Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Telangana, India – 500075. You can always reach us at support@winnify.ai.

Our Mission

Our mission is to give every student a single, dependable line of communication to the people and institutions that shape their academic journey. We believe that clear communication is the foundation of a good education — that a missed announcement should never cost a student an opportunity, and that reaching a teacher, a placement officer, or a classmate should be effortless.

Our Vision

We envision campuses where communication is:

  • Purpose-built — designed for how education actually works, not retrofitted from generic chat tools.
  • Trusted — where students, parents, and institutions know that conversations are private, secure, and appropriate.
  • Inclusive — accessible to every student regardless of device, connectivity, or background.
  • Actionable — where a message doesn't just inform, it helps a student take the next step.

What Winnify Does

Winnify is a communication module designed for the modern campus. At its core, the platform helps the people in an educational institution stay connected through structured, reliable messaging and announcements.

For Students

Students are at the heart of Winnify. The platform gives students a clean, distraction-light inbox for everything that matters: announcements from their institution, messages from teachers and placement officers, reminders about deadlines and events, and conversations with classmates and study groups.

For Teachers

Teachers use Winnify to reach their students directly and at scale. Instead of juggling personal phone numbers, informal groups, and scattered email threads, teachers can send structured announcements to a class, respond to student questions, and share updates — all within a professional, institution-governed environment.

For Training & Placement Officers (TPOs)

TPOs coordinate one of the most important functions on campus: connecting students with career opportunities. Winnify gives TPOs a dedicated channel to broadcast placement notifications, share eligibility criteria, communicate drive schedules, and follow up with eligible students.

For Super Admins

Institution administrators hold the keys to the platform for their organization. They configure the institution's presence on Winnify, manage user access across roles, set communication policies, and maintain oversight of how the platform is used.

Our Values

Students first. Every feature we build is measured against a simple question: does this make a student's life better?

Privacy by design. We collect only what we need, protect what we hold, and are transparent about both.

Safety without surveillance. We give institutions the tools to keep communication appropriate while respecting the dignity of every user.

Reliability. A communication platform is only as good as its uptime.

Accessibility and inclusion. Education should be for everyone, and so should the tools that support it.

Our Story

Winnify began with a familiar frustration: important campus communication was scattered across too many channels. Placement notifications lived in one WhatsApp group, exam schedules in another, teacher announcements in email, and fee reminders on a notice board nobody checked. Students missed opportunities not because they didn't care, but because the information never reached them in time or in one place.

We set out to fix that — to build a communication layer designed specifically for education, where the right message reaches the right student at the right moment, safely and reliably.

Acceptable Usage Policy

Last updated: 05 December 2025  ·  Effective date: 05 December 2025

This Acceptable Usage Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Winnify student communication platform operated by WINNIFY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

Winnify is a communication platform for educational communities. Because our Users include Students — many of whom are minors — we hold everyone to a high standard of respect, safety, and lawful conduct. By using the Platform, you agree to this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or termination of access.

1. Who This Applies To

This AUP applies to all Users of the Platform — Students, Teachers, TPOs, and Super Admins — and to all Content and conduct on the Platform.

2. Core Principles

  • Be respectful. Treat everyone with courtesy and dignity.
  • Be truthful. Do not impersonate, deceive, or spread false information.
  • Be lawful. Do not use the Platform for anything illegal.
  • Be safe. Protect your own and others' safety, privacy, and security.
  • Use it for its purpose. The Platform is for education-related communication.

3. Prohibited Content

3.1 Harmful to people, especially minors

  • Sexually explicit material, or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. We have zero tolerance for CSAM; we will remove it, terminate the account, and report it to the appropriate authorities.
  • Content that grooms, solicits, or attempts to establish inappropriate contact with a minor.
  • Content promoting self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or other harm to oneself or others.

3.2 Abusive or harassing

  • Bullying, harassment, intimidation, threats, or stalking.
  • Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination or violence based on religion, caste, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Content that shames, defames, or targets an individual or group.

3.3 Unlawful or dangerous

  • Content that is illegal under Indian law or promotes illegal activity.
  • Content that incites violence, terrorism, or hatred, or threatens the sovereignty of India.
  • Instructions for weapons, explosives, drugs, or other dangerous or illegal goods.

3.4 Violating others' rights

  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Content that discloses another person's private information without consent ("doxxing").
  • Confidential or proprietary information you are not authorized to share.

3.5 Deceptive or misleading

  • Impersonation of any person, institution, or of Winnify.
  • Misinformation, fraudulent schemes, phishing, scams, or fake job/placement offers.
  • Spam, chain messages, or unsolicited bulk or commercial messaging.

3.6 Obscene or inappropriate for an educational setting

  • Obscene, vulgar, or pornographic content.
  • Gratuitously violent or graphic content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Harass or abuse other Users, whether individually or in groups.
  • Misuse messaging features by spamming, flooding, or sending unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Circumvent role restrictions or attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
  • Compromise security — introduce malware, attempt to hack, probe, or breach the Platform's security.
  • Scrape or harvest data, messages, or User information through automated means.
  • Evade enforcement — create new accounts to bypass a suspension or ban.
  • Use the Platform commercially without authorization.

5. Role-Specific Expectations

  • Students must use the Platform respectfully and only for legitimate communication.
  • Teachers and TPOs hold positions of trust. They must communicate professionally and avoid any inappropriate contact with students.
  • Super Admins must configure and manage their Institution's use of the Platform responsibly.

6. Messaging and Communication Standards

  • No spam or flooding. Do not send repetitive, excessive, or unsolicited messages.
  • Keep it relevant. Communications should relate to educational, institutional, or placement matters.
  • No harassment through messaging. Persistent, unwanted contact after someone has asked you to stop is harassment.

7. Reporting Violations

If you see Content or conduct that violates this AUP:

  • Use the in-app report/flag feature on the relevant message or user, where available.
  • Email us at support@winnify.ai with details and screenshots.
  • Contact your Institution's Super Admin, TPO, or teacher.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Winnify is not an emergency service.

8. Enforcement

When we become aware of a violation, we may remove or restrict Content, issue a warning, temporarily or permanently suspend the User's account, restrict specific features, refer the matter to your Institution, and/or report the matter to law enforcement.

9. Appeals

If you believe your Content was removed or your access was restricted in error, you may appeal by contacting ravikiran@winnify.ai with your account details and an explanation.

1. Pricing and Plans

4. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each term at the then-current price, unless you or your Institution cancels before the renewal date. We will provide reasonable advance notice of upcoming renewals and any price changes.

5. Cancellation

To cancel a subscription or disable auto-renewal, contact support@winnify.ai or follow the cancellation process in your account or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation stops future renewals and access to paid features generally continues until the end of the current paid term.

6. Refunds

6.1 General Policy

Fees for subscriptions are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy, in your agreement, or as required by Applicable Law.

6.2 When You May Be Eligible for a Refund

  • Service failure: The Platform was materially unavailable for a sustained period due to a fault on our side.
  • Billing error: You were charged incorrectly (e.g. a duplicate charge or incorrect amount).

  • Cooling-off / trial-to-paid: Where a cooling-off period is offered, requests within that window will be honoured.

6.3 When Refunds Are Not Available

  • Change of mind after a subscription term has begun;

6.4 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@winnify.ai within 7 days of the charge or the issue.
  2. Include the account/institution name, invoice or transaction ID, the amount, the date of the charge, and a description of the reason.
  3. Provide any supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots of an error or duplicate charge).

We will review eligible requests and respond within 7 business days.

6.5 Refund Processing

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@winnify.ai first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the affected account pending resolution.

8. Price Changes

We may change our prices from time to time. For existing subscriptions, price changes will generally take effect at the next renewal. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
